Program Eligibility and Enrolment:

You must be over the age of eighteen (18) years in order to enrol and participate in the Program, or over the age of majority if you reside or conduct business in a jurisdiction where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years.

We reserve the right to accept or reject applications as well as terminate without compensation any webmaster accounts for any reason including, but not limited to: (1) if your site promotes illegal activity, or violates the rights of others such as copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement; (2) unlawful content appearing directly or indirectly on your site such as child pornography, bestiality, defamatory, hate or otherwise objectionable content; (3) if your website encourage password theft or hacking.

We do not accept webmasters including, but not limited to the following countries:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, and Yugoslavia.

We will not credit you or pay any commissions from traffic generated from sites that originate from, or where the IP address or webmaster location is traced to, locations from the countries listed above.

Compensation and Method of Payment:

Payments are sent within 5 to 10 days of the end of the following payment period, all payments will in US dollars be in the form of a check payable to the webmaster, as identified in your application, and will be mailed to the street address indicated in your application. Unpaid earnings are carried to the following payment period should the webmaster fail to reach the $50 minimum payout in any given payment period.

Webmaters may also choose to be paid by Epassporte. Payments are sent within 5 to 10 days of the end of the following payment period and a fee of $2 per payment is deducted from the total payout.

The webmaster will receive 50% of the total sale price on any of the IA Cash websites after refunds and chargebacks have been deducted. You will also receive 50% of all recurring membership fees until that member decides to cancel. We assume the processing fees. If the chargeback ratio is judge to be excessive, the account will be closed immediately.

Selected webmasters who are promoting our websites through the pay per sign up program will be paid a flat $20.00 each time someone joins one of our websites. If the chargeback ratio is judge to be excessive, the account will be closed immediately.

Any active affiliate who refers another webmaster shall receive 10% of the sale price for every sale sent by the referred affiliate. Webmasters may not refer a member of his/her direct family or someone within his/her organization.

Promotional Content Use:

All pictures, movies and voice recordings provided by IA Cash are owned and copyrighted by IA Cash. The pictures and movies provided by IA Cash are only to be used for promotion of our websites. You may resize images but it is strictly forbidden to remove any copyright or “watermark” information from any pictures or movies provided by IA Cash. Using the pictures and movies for anything else is a copyright infringement, as prohibited by the International copyright law and is in direct violation of the international rights of the copyright owner. Hosts and webmasters will be fully responsible for any infringement of our content and will be prosecuted. It is important to understand that knowingly making a material misrepresentation concerning alleged copyright infringement may result in significant civil penalties including damages, costs and attorneys fees incurred by the alleged affiliate.

Email Marketing Policy:
Spam will not be tolerated. “Spam” applies to the direct, or indirect, transmission of unsolicited bulk or other e-mails, i.e., not derived from a verifiable opt-in program which is exclusively (by origination or purchase) yours or sent by you in reliance on a prior business relationship between you and the recipient. Should we receive complaints due to unsolicited emails sent by any webmaster, the webmasters information will be sent to the appropriate organization's legal department. Should we determine, in our sole discretion that you have violated this agreement or any of its requirements, you will be terminated immediately, will be ineligible to sign up for another account, will not be paid for any traffic or subscriptions generated prior to the date of termination; and your registration information may be turned over to complaining parties.

We reserve the right to change or modify The Terms and Conditions without further notice at any time. By applying to become an IA Cash affiliate you are stating that you have read, understand and agree to each and every term of this agreement and understand you are bound by these terms.
